HEY!!! I resemble that remark!

I can smell my Mother's scent and Papi. It's how I FIRST knew he was my one. As soon as I hugged him for the first time I thought "OOOOooo! I can smell him!!" It's not a bad scent. It's their own unique and pleasant scent. They are the only two people I have been AWARE that I can smell. (including my children) And I don't wear perfume. It gives me a headache. And I'm not a fan of smelling perfume on another woman. But I do love me some Escada on Papi! .

Onion crusted pork chops in an apple glaze reduction Broccoli and Cauliflower Au Gratin (fresh from the Kroger Garden) And a fresh picked salad (right off the shelf) with tiny hand picked tomatoes (again off the shelf), caved aged and grown mushrooms, fresh out the package celery, and topped with a hand made ceaser salad dressing. (well, somebody made it at the factory!)

When I bought my first house, I "qualified" for WAY MORE than I knew I could afford house than I knew I could handle the payment. So I was very clear with the real estate agent that I was working with what price range I wanted. Worked out better in the end because I had a payment I felt comfortable handling.

Now you just make me wish I had somewhere to go to get all dressed up! I love seeing my Papi all dressed up in a suit and tie! GRRRR!!!! Nothing HOTTER than a guy who can work on my car, work in the yard, then shower, shave and put on a suit!!! Gotta FLIP IT BABY!!! (sorry.....I digress.....)

I only went to one, senior year. Told my "boyfriend" at the time he didn't have any choice, he WAS taking me. He complained the whole time and just wanted to leave. Fun for me. S'ok though 'cause my Papi TOTALLY made up for all my woes on our wedding day! My daughter went to her junior prom with a guy she was "talking to" at the time. She didn't have a boyfriend and wasn't going to go her senior year, but I INSISTED that she HAD to go to her senior prom! So her "date" was a girlfriend and a big group of them all went together! She was so glad I made her go!

Love both gowns! And I think the second is more appropriate for a "ball". Keep the jewelry lite with the second dress, it doesn't need it. If you decide to wear the little black number to the "ball", I would dress it up with fabulous ear rings, necklace, and a bracelet.

I like mine with Grey goose, hold the tomato juice, lime, celery, tabasco, black pepper and worchestershire, add olives.

Your question didn't ask about 16 avoirdupois ounces of feathers vs. 16 troy ounces of gold. Your question simply asked about a pound of each, which by definition would be the same. I stand by my answer.
