This case is a good example of how people gets consumed and obsessed with an idea(sometimes an evil one)and really, truly believe they are in the right or are justified and won't get caught. Unbelievable to us onlookers but I'm sure they really believed it.

Is Your Profile Picture of Yourself ?

Yeah...you really shouldnt be wearing anything that white until after Easter . My pic is me. I like it when ppl use their own pic at least some of the time. -
I missed your hair question back to me, too, LGM til now in this thread. I think you will both enjoy it a lot more this way. Less stress and less money out of your pocket is a great way to start a marriage. Not to mention, I think a small service makes it mean more to you and for the right reasons b/c you arent wo worried and running around like crazy-you actually THINK about what you are doing and why. Cant wait to see the pics and I know you will both enjoy it.

So glad you're back home. I KNOW the babies were thrilled to see their mommy!

A realtor can search for communities with a pool on MLS and the association fees are listed there as well.

I dont know all the laws concerning slander, etc but if this is true, I could have taken my ex-husband to court for the same thing. I lost friends and business because of the things he was spreading that werent true and he could not back up with facts. It literally cost me thousands of dollars to sort of "undo" and deal with his slander. Most of all it hurt our child and I did talk to my attorney about that. He advised me to sue him b/c it is illegal to coerse a child to dislike or have ill will towards the other parent. But, I was afraid that would only be harder on my son and that if I just -
I absolutely agreew ith you. THAT is the perfect family scenario as far as Im concerned and one that I had while my son was growing up and I grew up that way, too. I was referring to the grandparents who raise their grandchildren without the parents taking any responsibility at all. They are out playing and doing their own thing and to keep the State from taking the children, etc., the grandparents have no choice. I dont think this is fair to them. They already did their part as far as raising kids. They should be able to be grandparents at this point. Like you said, you dont all live toget

You have no idea how good that sounds to me right now!

I was looking through my church directory and was shocked at teh number of Grandparents raising their Grandchilren(and even some GREATgrandchildren). Full time raising, not just an influence, the way it was meant to be. I admire you all for stepping up and giving of yourselves. I just think that you should be able to enjoy NOT raising them but rather speding time with them, doing the fun things in life. But again, I know you do it for them and I'm very glad that you do.

Let me know how that turns out! Better yet, video you giving them a recipe, ANY recipe, please. -
Made both of these and they are REALLY wonderful. Going to make an extra batch of each this weekend to give as gifts. I keep all of my glass food containers, remove the labels and bleach them. Then, I print out really pretty vintage looking apothecary labels and use a little hot glue and twine to put them on the bottles or jars with directions, too. With the scrub or bath salts, etc. I alwasy tie a teaspoon to it that I get from garage sales/thrift stores. Saves lots of money and I cant tell you how many people I've given these to(and other recipes like them) who ask for more when they run o

a good DIY cleaner tip/recipe to save you money...

That sounds great. Gonna make it tomorrow . I really prefer Dawn in making my own cleaners when it calls for liquid dish detergent. I was always a Palmolive fan but the new, blue Overnight Soak Power dawn cannot be beat(and I wash all my dishes by hand). I can see how it would really work in the bathroom on soap scum which is my big peeve with other cleaners-so many of them do not to get rid of it. -
I love DIY stuff and have REALLY gotten into it big time. However, as a hairdresser for 20+ years, I admit I am a real shampoo snob . I just cant do it . But, making so many other homemade things helps allow my habit. Here is one of my favorite DIY websites. Hopefully you can find some good info here: Crunchy Betty - healthy, fun and green DIY ideas (this site is very addictive! You can sign up to receive emails and they are really good info, not junk, IMO)

I think it's great that you are doing this. I made a small donation in memory of my Mother who lost her battle with cancer 3 1/2 years ago. I will post it on my FB and ask my family to make a donation in her name also. The world needs more good people like you and your wife.

a good DIY cleaner tip/recipe to save you money...

I like this one so much I thought I'd pass it along: (Always check for color fastness) I have been experimenting making laundry pre-treat mixtures like Shout, Spray N Wash, etc. They are so expensive if you use them a lot. I make my own windex, bathroom bleach scrub and laundry detergent, too. Here's a REALLY good recipe for my favorite one. I use it on everything from laundry stains to spot cleaning delicates or dry clean only pieces and even on carpet(got some nasty black grease out easily yesterday): 3-4 tablespoons fine soap shavings(I like Fels Naptha but Ivory is good too.. -
It is a Jewish tradition to use stones to tell stories throughout generations and to remember people and events. This most notably started around the time of Jacob. Salt is VERY significant in Judaism, too. My thinking would lead in the direction of a marker to remember someone who dies there or had some ties there.

I was thinking the same thing. -
I think that anyone who can potentially have a child(male or female)should be able to support that child. If they do need assistance, it should be on a sliding scale and should be weened off of it over a set amount of time. It should never be a crime if they cannot support them as long as the children are being "reasonably" cared for. That being said, I am NEVER in favor of legislating reproductive rights(except in EXTREME abuse cases). That is a certain slippery slope right into socialism. Heres the bottom line: if you are born to stupid parents, then you just are. Nobody is given a

Sorry...I didnt realize it is already booked. I wouldnt worry about the location as a whole. It has that quaint, historic Marietta charm and the potential for great photos there and the surrounding area is a definite plus. If I were you(or her),I would just have a very direct meeting with the owner, planners and anyone else involved like the caterers to discuss cleanliness, parking(I would go to the surrounding businesses and ask them how the parking works when there is an event there...you'll learn a lot and someone may let you use a few of their spaces), etc and anything else you may

As a Marietta Native, I agree with Papi. The Whitlock Inn is MUCH better and priced about the same. Everything Papi said is right, IMO, and also, the guest parking at Whitlock is much more convenient.
