Im not sure what doctors handle it. I have it since my stroke and take a medication called gabapentin for it. If I don't take it my feet go nuts. my PCP handles mine. It has minimal side affects and really helps.

I havnt been on much since my stroke but was looking for your opinions. I had a stroke in 2010 and have been unable to walk since then. I have gained over 100 pounds and now thinking about gastric bypass. The doctor refuses to do the sleeve and prefers the actual bypass. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about the bypass? Thanks.

The doctor found out when I was a teen that I had scoliosis and I decided not to do anything about it because I didnt want to wear a brace.I really wished I had now because the spine curvature is really making it difficult for me to relearn how to walk. If I could do it over,I would get it fixed and if my children was in the same position I would fix theirs.Who (other than God)could have known when I was 14 that I would have all the medical problems?You will probably have to see your primary care doctor for this

I would have never worn anything like that and if I had a daughter...she wouldnt either.now I just hope my sons never bring a girl that would wear that home.

I dont like it but have never walked in their shoes. if it helps them to cope then so be it...
