  1. It's pretty easy with duct tape.
  2. If you have this kind of love in your heart, please look into the foster child program. I have friends that have finally just adopted two infants through the program. They have another that is almost 2 yo, that they have had since birth that are still fighting for. They know they may not win in his case, but they've enjoyed every minute they've had with him. They are the proud parents of 3 children under 2 years of age and could not be happier. Sorry for the hijack folks, but there are children that need you. Please help every one that you can, even if it is only kind words in passi
  3. WOW!! Just WOW!! Some people are just not suited to work in emergency situations. He is one of them.
  4. Only if you can train them to hold on to the fish until ya get it out of the water, and get a good grip on it.
  5. Bacardi rum with sprite add shot of cranberry juice & or lime if you want (very refreshing )
  6. Boric acid is your friend. Get some quick!!
  7. You can pour a little cooking oil in it and it will stop the mosquitoes from hatching. maybe a cup full for a pool. The county has done nothing to make my neighbor (that's living there) clean up his mosquito pit, so don't depend on them.
  8. I am sure that is the hwy I took from Brunswick out, and was very surprised at how much more pleasent the ride was. I was on my motorcycle and would not have minded the slower pace, though. Guess you'lle need more advise than I can offer on it. OOPS!! There was a neat little bike shop just out of Brunswick called Mom & Pop's. You could buy enough scrapped parts to build motorcycles from.
  9. I agree. It is very clean and the food is good. I was tricked into going, because I don't like buffets at all. It was way better than I had expected.
  10. Why the heck are you so bored at 3:30 in the morning?
  11. A chigger is also know as a red bug. It is a teeny, tiny, little bitty bug with a GREAT BIG itch. They actually burrow under the skin, not just bite. If you'd like a real lesson in them, this is the right time of year to just go outside and sit in the grass, (not a manicured, insect treated lawn)with nice loose short on, especially after a light rain shower. They are about the size of the head of a pin. If they were as big as a flea, they'd kill ya.
  12. I have tried the clear polish for years. It works as long as you do not still scratch them! They still itch for a while and I just can't resist scratching them. Oddly, what works for me now is: I spray flying insect killer on a q-tip, then dab each one with the q-tip. AAAAA!! RELIEF!!! They are actually alive under your skin. The nail polish suffocates them, HOPEFULLY. I kill them dead. I worried about the insect spray on my skin at first, but I feel the amount is tiny and the relief is BIG!! It is probably safer than me clawing my skin off!! They will last
  13. I am only about 12 miles from my job, but if things work out for me, I'll be about 21. I would also be away from my neighbor from H3LL!!! The only way for a transportation system to work well around this area would probably be just an expansion of the vans lines. Mass transit would only take you to limited areas and you'd still have to get where you were going. Our area is too spread out for that to work well.
  14. Atkins Jewelry Acworth, next to Home Depot on Hwy 41 There were in Marietta for many years. Very nice, honest, family owned business. They also custom make jewelry and do repairs. It is certainly worth looking into. (770)529-9994
  15. Do you have a picture of it? Mr. Atkins can prob get the same or similar ring. He will also be very honest about the faults of certain designs and mounts of stones. He has shown me a lot of things to be cautious of and lead me to make better choices. (even some that were less expensive are better made) Good luck. It's a very important purchase.

  17. Oh Subby, I ment to tell you that my neighbors were thrilled with the lawnmower deal I got. They saw you deliver me a brand new mower and take away my old mower. They desided I got one heck of a deal. Sorry about the Animal Control issue going on. It has been a long running issue with that crazy guy.
  18. Because you probably blamed it n the kids!!! I had a crock pot lid explode in my hand, just as I lifted it off the pot. I was in shock!! I just stood there a few minutes just holding the knob in my hand. I was standing there barefoot in a sea of broken glass. There was glass shards everywhere, even down in the toaster. Some stuck in the lineloeum floor, I was very lucky to have not been injured. Rival offered to replace the lid, wasn't that nice of them? Don't think I'd ever be able to trust it again. It was a super nice extra large crock pot too.
  19. AND DON'T drive your own car through!!! Lots of fun!!
  20. LOL!! I thought you might have found a baby chicken fight seperater!!!
  21. Thanks!! I thought it must be a parade of sorts, but it gave no time details, or anything. Now I know.
  22. There is a sign on Cedarcrest that says the road will be closed on the 4th of July. Does anyone know WHY?? I thought I was a pretty well informed person, but I have heard nothing. Could it be just a "Bentwater Thing"?
