A friend is working while on Workers Comp with light duty restrictions. They have been keeping her on the clock when she leaves to go to doctor's appointments during the day. She has now been referred to physical therapy by the WC doctor. BUT......her employer and the WC rep are telling her she has to go to therapy either before or after work. What is the difference between being paid to go to work and being paid for physical therapy?? It is treatment for the same injury at work that they will not pay for her to go to therapy. I have looked on KBB and Edmonds but cannot find the value of a 1987 Toyota Supra. Where else can I go to find this information? I have looked at one owned by a private owner in Marietta. I need to know if their asking price is reasonable. It is in excellent shape and with low mileage but I am concerned the asking price is more than it is worth.

I was just thinking the SAME thing. I've also noticed when these threads are going on it tends to be the same members who notice what people are buying and how they are paying. I couldn't tell you what any one in the line gets or how they pay for it. MAYBE IT IS NONE OF MY BUSINESS????? These people need to "walk a mile in my shoes" and those who are in the Kroger line before judging what they are eating and how they are paying for it. Just sayin'.

I know the state requires minimum coverage on a vehicle to drive it in Ga. I have always kept just the minimum limits to decrease my premiums. Someone recently told me I needed to have coverage of 300/100/300 - as in thousands. I rent my home, the bank owns my car but allows me to drive it as long as I give them my money each month.There is no savings account and what is in the checking account barely makes it from payday to payday. OF COURSE the unemployment in Mexico is HALF what it is in the USA. Mexico has over HALF the jobs that were one time in the USA!

I have a friend who had it done. She had to wear contacts for distance (near sighted) but had to wear glasses to see close (near sighted). The Lasix was to fix both problems. It did NOT. She still has to wear glasses and recently said if she had known this she would not have had the surgery done. Maybe if you only need to correct one it is more successful? Good Luck.

Hoping someone on here will have experience to pull from or an attorney can answer this scenario: Company A has Company B as a subcontractor. Employees work for Company B but are NOT subcontractors, are actual employees. Employees work from home anywhere 14--17 hrs per day for X amount of money. Can Company B require employees to work this many hours per day? Does the pay have to equal or exceed minimum wage? Thank you for any information regarding this.

Anyone know of a finance company or bank that will give a young adult a loan for $1000? He has a job but no credit and no collateral. Would possibly have a co-signer. with great credit. I prefer to just pay per movie on Comcast On Demand. We might watch one movie a month so it would not be worth $16 to do that since the movies are available on the same day with On Demand.
