Personally I reccomend the netbook as it can do more. as far asnet connectivity, you can get a versizon usb connection for that. if you just absolutely have to have a touchpad then I would reccomend an android pad over the ipad as it will be far less propriatary. did I mention I hate apple?

If you know the childs name you can go directly to juvenile court, file a complaint and the police will investigate if you are worried about a cruiser coming out to your home. I would also suggest calling the real estate company who owns the house and inform them of what you have witnessed, let them know you have filed a complaint, and that they may wish to do so as well. I bought mine at microcenter. Its not a gamer machine mind you but I canrun a few decent games on it at reduced graphics and it works quite well. came with windows 7, and i added ubuntu linux netbook edition on top of that. All in all its not too bad for the price and its far more sturdy than a regular laptop.
