Look, the guy may be a dirtbag with a capital D. Nobody here knows yet many were quick to judge based solely on him being at a strip club.

So because someone isn't a bouncer or an LEO they shouldn't try to stop violence at their establishment? They should just stand there and watch? Or maybe go hide? Maybe the guy loved a good fight ... maybe he was the one voice of reason in the entire group. None of us knows and we shouldn't pretend to, either. Oh wait, where's the fun in that? Lots of the folks involved in The Gold Club wore suits.

I forgot my little sarcasm tags. People here do not know this man from Adam but they're perfectly happy to judge him. For all anyone knows he donates millions of dollars and thousands of hours every year to help those in need. (Sure, he may also be the lowest of the low ... but we don't know.)

Plenty of people seem to get lots of exercise by doing just that ... jumping to conclusions. And I'm sure his children would appreciate all of the Christian love being shared in this thread.

The yield thing is much more confusing here in Georgia than in most other areas because of the inconsistent use of the balk line. By Georgia Traffic Code, it is a gore. Whether or not that is the commonly used term in other areas ... that ticket/charge has been through the courts countless times.

But if at the moment that you're available you only see the child jumping off something 3 feet high, you would deal with that situation. The other kid will likely jump off the 10' high thing while the LEO is busy with some stupid neighbor dispute about somebody cutting 3.279 centimeters of the other guy's yard. Even faster if the LEO entering it is riding shotgun.

That sucks and it was a stupid gamble on his part, if he really didn't have any chance to check it. Any chance he saw you earlier and remembered? I know there are a number of times that folks get away because of slow radio/computer ... sometimes the officers/deputies remember.
