My response was actually directed at Jughaid's previous Constitutional question of "why have military tribunals" in general... I understand and agree that Gadahn is an American citizen with all due process rights, and has already been indicted for treason and will be tried in federal criminal court... My response to Naturegirl was a simple statement of fact explaining one reason for the rising cost of health care.

I have not "suggested" anything of the sort, you might try reading what I actually wrote instead of deliberately distorting my position: I have not "advocated" anything, I simply pointed out the fact that one reason costs have risen is because there is higher demand for treatment of minor illness in today's society than in the past.
