the law states your innocent till proven guilty and charges are just charges. if they're proven guilty then the law determines their punishment. i will never blame a parent for what their 17,18, 21 year old kid does. we all know that we can teach them and tell them but when they get to a certain age all we can do is hope it sank in. so to the parents of these kids, I don't hold you responsible but they should pay for their crimes
