We have choc chunk, white choc macadamia nut, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, carnival cookies, sugar cookies, peanut butter bars, 7 layer bars, thumbprint cookies, wedding cookies, triple choc chip cookies, and whatever other kind of cookie we get in the mood to make. lol. We love our job. No, at least I don't remember a pizza place being there. it used to be Marion's Country store. Has gas pumps in front. (that now say Pure Honey on them. lol I used to make that, many years ago. lol. Might be worth revisiting.

Find yourself a really good book. I had jury duty a few months ago. We were told something like 90% of jury cases are settled before a jury is picked. But, they have to have jurors there, just in case. I spent the entire week never seeing the inside of a courtroom, except when the judge explained everything to us. Maybe you will be lucky, and get in on a really good, interesting case.

What a great idea! I am going to suggest to my kids that they give me this for Mother's Day. Pictures of them. It is hard to get college age brother and sister to get pics made for Mom. lol. If they do, I like casual, untraditional types of pics.

We make whipped icing, too. So if you ever want a coconut cupcake with whipped icing, just call ahead and we will make it for you. I LOVE raspberries. Anything with raspberries. Winter is gone, thank goodness! And when the seasons change, people's tastes seem to change, too. Warm weather makes us not want heavier flavors. So, can you all tell us what spring flavors you like? We are looking for ideas for things to make at the bakery. Cakes, cookies, treats, etc. Don't forget we now have chicken and pasta salads.

I know what you mean. Ours has all hormone free chicken breast, fresh crunchy red apples, chopped pecans, and teeny diced onion, and or course mayo. We have sold out everyday since we started selling it and have had so many great comments. While our chicken salad will stay the same, we are doing a different pasta salad every few days. lol. Of course it will! Carrot cupcakes are our cupcake of the month this month, too!

We have fresh, homemade chicken salad at the bakery. On a fluffy croissant or you can have just a scoop on lettuce. We also have pasta salads and as always our ham and cheese croissants! Why thank-you! We try, and customer service IS SO IMPORTANT! It is easy for me, though, because we have the BEST customers! Seriously. I have met so many awesome people since the bakery opened. It is like seeing friends when you all come in time after time. One little girl and her Daddy come in every Friday for a treat for having a good school week. Today she told me she made all A's on her report card and I was so proud of her! It really feels like a community when you get to know people, not just a job. It's spring! To celebrate we now have ...chicken salad and pasta salad. A great lunch idea. Fresh, cool tasting chicken salad on a fresh baked croissant. served with chips and a pickle. mmmm. Oh MY! Our key lime cupcakes -which are the cupcake of the month, are flying out of the case! People are even calling to make sure we have them. lol. The cupcake is key lime flavored, then filled with key lime pie filling, and topped with a key lime icing. I was worried that it was too much of a summer flavor for this time of year, but I guess i was wrong. Come by and see for yourself!
