  1. I think most bus drivers do an awesome job. People are just quick to call and complain, but very few rarely take the time to call & compliment.
  2. It's downtown... right off Main St. I think it's actually the bottom floor of the antique store. Not only do they do great work... they are great people!

  4. East Clinic 539 Hardee St Dallas, GA 30132-4711 (770) 505-0533 I've taken my son there for a few physicals. They were quick and I believe it cost like 40 or 50.
  5. We heat with wood... the fire's been going since Friday night.
  6. Oh Wow! You got to see Brent! My 1st Dead show was going to be in that time frame, but my step-sister gave my ticket away. I stayed a metal head until I finally did make it to my first show in 95. Yep, I was late... but I'm so grateful that I got to see Jerry!

  10. Thank you for that info. It looks like he really knows what he's doing. I'll certainly give his office a call. Thanks again.
  11. Thanks for all the responses. I've decided not to try any of the alternatives and go ahead and have it removed ASAP. Had a phone consult with a non-local surgeon yesterday... great price... but I had a slightly uneasy feeling. I have an office consultation with Dr. Odom Monday morning. I hope he's the one. Anyone have any experience with Dr. Odom with Cobb Surgical Associates? By the way, I'll be having gallbladder removal and hernia repair at the same time. I'm so sorry for those of you who have lost loved ones because of gallbladder problems. I didn't even realize that it could be
  12. I hope everything goes well for you and that you find out what the problem is... and that there is an easy solution! By the way, it was your topic last week that made me realize what my problem is. After reading many of the symptoms in your thread... I knew what was causing all my pain.
  13. Didn't trust his facial expression when we asked if there were alternatives. (closed his eyes and looked away when he said no) Aww... sorry it took so long to find out what the problem was... but so glad to hear it went well for you. Thank you very much!
  14. Oh geez... that's scary. I hear ya on the pain... I've been dealing with this for several months, with pain several times a week... but for the past week, I haven't been able to eat anything without a great deal of pain. Just had my 2nd meal in a week... the vicodin really helped... but I don't want to have to take that stuff for more than a few days.
  15. If you have the time, would you mind telling me what you have been doing, besides the digestive enzymes... or link me to a site that tells about it? I really don't want to remove anything unless absolutely necessary.
  16. Spent the day at Cobb ER today, where they told me I have gallstones and that my gallbladder needs to be removed. Hubby has been researching online and has found some alternative treatments... mostly involving apple juice, epsom salt, olive oil & lemon juice. Have any of you tried any of the natural alternatives? If so, I'd love to hear your experiences.

  21. Oh... I misread... thought it said "hornies."
  22. I think the head looks wide, because it was smashed. We have a lot of these snakes around our house, and posted pics on a herp forum a few years ago... everyone agreed that they were rat snakes. Here's one of the pics:
