I am 5'9" tall and wear a size 9 1/2 shoe.

We just recently got a tempuredic bed. I know they are expensive, but I have to tell you that they are worth every penny. I have never slept so comfortably in all my life! oh, and check out the pillows too!

I take a multi, b12, biotin( for hair, skin and nails, and vitamin d. On occasion I'll take iron, when I'm feeling run down my iron is usually low.

you guys have got to try the hula hoop. ---for the wii fit plus It sounds really stupid, but OMG I'm so sore!

I have the wii fit plus. I've gotta tell ya, the yoga, running and boxing are my favorites. I'm so sore today, I can hardly move!

Does anyone here work out with the wii fit? I found out that I am completely uncoordinated. The trainer actually asked my if I fall UP stairs! HAHA!
