  1. The county site that someone posted has more results than is listed here for local races
  2. I've lost count of how many I have received this week. I'm on the "NO CALL" list...these should be included and I'm SERIOUSLY considering not voting for anyone that called my house.... time after time ... after time. I must also say... that the several I received from Paulding County positions were so poorly done, all I could make out was a name... and WAS NOT impressed that my time was wasted. I'll be glad when tomorrow is over!!!!
  3. I'm not surprised about Blockbuster... they're customer service policies stink.
  4. She's right.... I am an Early Intervention Specialist & Special Instructor with Babies Can't Wait.... I'm sending you a pm.....
  5. Someone told me to heat pepperoni and put it on BLT's instead of bacon. I tried it last night for dinner and it was so good, I did it again tonight! YUMMY!
  6. I have a client that is looking for Aqua Therapy for her son. She already knows about possibilities in Paulding. Is there any place else that's within an hours drive?
  7. What are their prices like? and... are they open all day or do they close for the afternoon?
  8. I've already tried that... LOL, I even cried, but he didn't care...
  9. OK... I've had a bat hanging in my basement/garage for the last 5 days. Has anyone ever figured out how to naturally get a bat to leave without having to have a professional do it? I've been told there has to be a special permit now because it's mating season... which is ridiculous in my opinion when they carry rabies and their poop is toxic to humans. This bat has more rights in my garage than I do! Anyone have any great thoughts about how to get him to leave on his own????????????????
  10. I know someone that I can hook you up with. His family thinks it's wonderful. I also have the book about it that you can check out.
  11. I hated to see Jesse go... but Kasey REALLY needed to go... I like Roberto. He's seems genuine. As far as the weatherman goes... he REALLYYYYYYY needed to go home!
  12. I took 2 hours of my day today going to Parks & Rec and training their summer counselors and staff about special needs.... I hope they learned something, and I really enjoyed it myself! lol I hope a child somewhere along the way will benefit.... and I hope the workers will feel more comfortable as special needs come their way.
  13. Passing the information along to those who are interested..... PLEASE forward this and reach out…… Are you outraged that any student in our public schools can be restrained and secluded for any reason, at anytime, by any employee of a school district, without telling the student's family? That any student can be locked in cells in school for any length of time and no one know that it happened? Do you want this to CHANGE? The State Board of Education must hear from YOU! ATTEND or WRITE THEM about how they must protect students and schools from these dangerous p
  14. I agree that Bret's drink is much better than Holly's. Holly's has a real funky taste and hinges between sour and bitter.... For a drink loaded with sugar, I couldn't taste it. BUT, Bret's has aspertame and I don't like that either... so once these drinks are gone... oh, well. It has been fun having the taste test and Taylor's saved some time for those of you who might want to try them. They weren't easy to find!

  17. Just passing the info along to those who are interested.... Safe Schools Initiative CURRENTLY IN GEORGIA, students in public schools can be restrained and secluded for any reason, at anytime, by any employee of a school district, without telling the student’s family. On May 13, 2010, the Georgia State Board of Education initiated Rule 160-5-1-.35 “Seclusion and Restraint for All Students,” which bans seclusion and greatly limits the use of restraints for all students in Georgia public schools. You can click above to read the proposed rule online or click here to get the pdf versi

  20. Blessings, strength, and love to all the mothers who have had to live through it..... And to Ben... I will always love you and you are always in my heart.... Remembrance Remembrance is a golden chain Death tries to break, but all in vain. To have, to love, and then to part Is the greatest sorrow of one's heart. The years may wipe out many things But some they wipe out never. Like memories of those happy times When we were all together. Authur Unknown
