THANK YOU to all who helped to get these bags filled and ready for this morning! Everyone was so appreciative and I'm so glad we could do it! We now have 80 to fill for next Fri and 90 for the week after. I have the following items that I'd like to have more of so that each bag would have the same thing sidewalk chalk combs erasers (the thick, hand held kind) bookmarks rulers stickers Anything else you can think of would be GREAT! We also need little "junky" toys for the bags. These do not all have to be the same thing, but no candy or balloons and must be new items. If you

I've learned that our Special Olympians were not going to receive their goody bag this year due to lack of donations... WE CAN'T LET THIS HAPPEN! I have bags, Paulding's Parent to Parent Navigator Team is already working to get enough donations for this weeks bags.. which is 60 for the Elementary children! The following Friday, we will need 80 for the Middle School kids and the week after that, we'll need 90 for the high school kids! Saturday, February 13th, will be the next Respite Care event at West Ridge Church, 1-5:00 pm! This event is FREE for special needs children and their siblings! I've got friends that have a drier that needs to be removed... nonworking, just scrap metal. I know there are folks that pick them up for scrap metal.. and I know that one fellow lives on Nebo... but I don't know how to get in touch with him. Does anyone else know????
