  1. They have been horrible at my house too. Thanks for all the remedies, I'm going to try them.
  2. "Out of the mouths of babes", that was wonderful, thanks for sharing!
  3. Had my two precious granddaughters today. One is five and the other one will be one on the 11th. We went shopping for Raelynn's birthday present. I love to make them happy, they make me happy with just a smile.
  4. This past Christmas my daughter and I were shopping at Arbor Place Mall. KB Toys was having their "Going out of business" sale. The toy store was full of people, I decided that I would go in and look around and my daughter sat on a bench outside because she had a stroller. Once inside I kept hearing a lady yelling, she was yelling at her daughter, her son and her husband, telling them if they didn't decide on what they wanted in two minutes she was walking out and would not buy anything. Everything they picked up she "yelled no". When her two minutes was up, she demanded that they leave.
  5. My prayers are with you and your family. Have you checked with her friend's parents, not just the friends.
  6. I could be that you don't have enough potassium also. About 7 or 8 years ago I stocked shelves in different grocery stores and had to lift 50-75lbs. above my head. I started having that kind of pain. It would get so bad that I couldn't hold on to anything. The sting in my fingers was horrible. I hope that you find out what the cause is. My youngest daughter had the same symptoms when she was pregnant, she couldn't sleep because of the pain. They told her it would go away after she had the baby and it did. My went away after 2 or 3 months on it's own, but I know what you are talking a
  7. I would love to teach you however, I'm left handed and unless your left handed, it's really hard. I taught myself how, I needed something to keep me busy when I was young, just married and moved to FL, didn't have any friends. If I can teach myself I know that anyone can. Just go to Wal-Mart, in the fabric or craft section they have beginners books. Everything is self explanatory. I wish you the best of luck!
  8. My heart goes out to you. You are going thru a very tuff situation right now. You have to be true to yourself and your family. First, try to keep in mind that your mother has three medical situations that she's dealing with. People who have never had bi-polar problems find it hard to deal with, however, it is as real a medical condition as anything else. Having said that, I will tell you of my years with my mother. She was the best Christian woman that I have ever known. She dealt with alot of tradegy in her life. Her mother was in Milledgeville from the time that my mother was in the
  9. Here's the link I was talking about to check out daycare centers Ga. Dept. of Eary Care & Learning(Bright from the Start)www.decal.state.ga.us I hope this will help any of you who are looking into a daycare for your children.
  10. How very, very sad. Does anyone know what she was sick with? It's very scary. Prayers for the entire family!
  11. There is a website that you can go to, I've looked for the link. I'll e-mail my daughter tomorrow to find out the website and post the link. You can go to any daycare and look at their record of injuries, code violations and find out most anything you want to know.
  12. Prayers said, hope that everything goes well.
  13. Your family has been lifted up in prayer. I hope that everything works out for your husband. My brother and SIL had to jump through hoops to get my brothers started. I hope that your's is a short journey. God Bless you both!
  14. Your family has been lifted up in prayer. I learned years ago not to ask how much a family can handle....my Mother's sister had breast cancer, my Grandfather passed away in Sept., another Aunt died on Dec.2nd, and then my mother had a heart attack on Dec. 27th and died on New Years Eve. I feel your pain. Just remember that God will help you through anything if you ask him to. I hope this is the end of the unlucky streak with your family. God Bless You and Your's.
  15. This is an old trick, put a couple of Cheerios in his potty and ask him to try to aim at the Cheerios. It makes it fun for the child and hopefully easier for you.
  16. Grandchildren are the greatest thing God's invented. I have three, one 10, one 5 and 1 11 months, my only complaint is that they are growing up way to fast.
