Pubby is ok with using mug shots for targets. Why do I say that? Because in another thread he defended what was done with this answer; "...the actions taken would have been ruled invalid by the courts. They weren't." So I based on that comment, I can only presume that if it isn't illegal, no matter how unethical or immoral it is, pubby is ok with it. I disagree with pubby on this, I think that ethics and morality do play a part on whether something is right or wrong, not just whether it is legal or not. Nope, she just didn't know what she was reporting on. If you are going to be a "crime" reporter, learn a few things about the criminal's tools of the trade. It is like saying they stole two vehicles, one was a car and the other was a two door sedan. They are both cars, one of which is a two door sedan. Ok, while typing this I have come to see your point, perhaps she did misspeak. But I still think the quality of reporting is really low.

I freely admit that I am not the greatest on definitions of words. But I always understood that a reporter or the news gave facts of who, what, when, where and why. I know that our standards have slipped over the years (ok, they have slipped, fallen and can't get up), but dang, how can I trust anything you say when I hear something like this in a news report? The story is about two teens that stole a truck in Henry County and the truck had two guns in it. The "reporter" on this evenings TV "news" said this about the two stolen guns, "one was a handgun and the other was a revolver".

Have you given my guess the consideration that it deserves? Perhaps if you meditate on it a while, it may become the answer.

After being banned, I stop visiting the support page.
