But I can tell you this, where and when I grew up, not all the adults in our neighborhood would spank or switch you, but a lot would. It is real simple, Arthur Blank wants a new stadium because the other children are getting them. He also wants a new stadium so that he can charge PSLs and make a better deal on his lease. So there are two reason for this staduim, Blank wants to keep up with the Jones's (literally in this case) and it gives Blank a chance to rape his customers and the taxpayers, thus putting more money on his pocket.

I could explain it to you. But I just don't care to. But I can GUARANTEE you that it has NOTHING to do with the current staduim being out of date or not a good venue.
