  1. Does this work? https://mail-attachment.googleusercontent.com/attachment/?ui=2&ik=5a938075fe&view=att&th=140997a578dfd597&attid=0.1&disp=inline&safe=1&zw&saduie=AG9B_P-JVFfpwl9GlCbjGhWfINEh&sadet=1376971563265&sads=zyrilgsIxXFlszcrgkcJLpYeS0o&sadssc=1
  2. Cause I have no clue. It is porcelain with very stiff bristles in the hole, that almost but not quite reach the surface. I think I knew what it was at one time, but I think those brain cells died back in my wilder days. Please let me know if you know what it is, because I got it for the wife's birthday and I know she is going to ask. See post #15 for the picture. Thank you to Lowrider for posting the picture for me.
  3. I could be wrong, but I doubt that we are dealing with a Mensa member. Like LE says, "If they weren't stupid criminals, it would be a lot harder to catch them."
  4. Ehhhh, he's ok. Nah, he's a good guy and a good repairman.
  5. I know who was behind Di's death. But I can't tell or I may be next. They have spies everywhere, even here in Paulding County. Not to mention the electronic monitoring. I can say this, it is not a coincidence that the tunnels are in this county.
  6. Turner Classic Movies (and I need not add, at least based on your name, The Andy Griffith Show) PS I had a porkchop sammich at the Diner in Mayberry for lunch Friday. The line at Snappy's was to long for me.
  7. Ok, I had to pass over this thread due to the topic several times before I got enough courage to open it. (I was afraid that just by reading it, I might get a stone) God bless your daughter. I hope that they had her on some good pain stuff. (I personally prefer Dilaudid) They took some bone marrow recently and my question was "Does it hurt worse than a kidney stone?". The answer was no, so I said let's do it. If it is not worse than a kidney stone, then I can take it. Again, god bless her. One good thing, she can now skate through child birth.
  8. I have donated a lot of hair. Mostly I donated it from my head to my nose and ears.
  9. Your mom wasn't from the metro ATL area and drive a red car with a license plate that read ELVIS was she? If so, I used to work with her. Nope, that is what I thought when I saw your post.
  10. All little kids have a time limit and then then they act like "that". When mine was that age, we were at a restaurant (family type) and my brother (who had no kids) was around 45 minutes late. Because we were with my mother and father, we had to wait on my brother before we could order. Our food arrived just as the time ran out on my son being able to sit still (or as still as a 2-3 yr can sit) and not be a disturbance. I took my son out to the car, while his mother loaded our food into to go boxes. I never blame the kids for acting like that, but you can choose to leave. (at least most o
  11. Driving on east Spring Rd in Smyrna, near the Jonquil Pool.
  12. Thank you. But, like I told pubby (or someone), I believe what I see with own eyes, over some numbers provided by a government agency. (no matter which side is in the white house) I realize however that my little corner of the world, the south east, is not however the whole country. (I still believe that there are more single teenage mothers today than there were in 1975)
  13. I like it! Now that my son is getting into his 20's I may change rule #2 from: If you show up to my house looking like a stripper, I will make you go away. to: If you show up to my house looking like a stripper, I will take you for a cheap date myself. (it's a joke ladies, just a joke) (it wouldn't be a cheap date)
  14. I still haven't started mine. But that's ok, cause I think I already went through womenopause.
  15. There is a 16 yr old boy in the her 7th grade class. There were 16 yr old kids in my 8th grade class, but back then for the most part they behaved in class, mainly because the paddle was always handy.
  16. Nope, but they sure cause a lot of trouble.
  17. 24 years between my mom and me. 28 years between my mom and my brother. I never thought much about it, but there was 32 years between my dad and I and there is 35 years between my son and I. (Ok, I never thought about it at all)
  18. Why?? Teen pregnancy is at a 40 year low. Well.....that what they tell us. (the dreaded "they" again)
