I understand where you are coming from. But if the city of ATL sold this land with some "handshake" agreement, then shame on the city of ATL. Now the commercialization of the airport is a whole nother happy meal.

I wondered about that, if it is not in writing in a contract, then as we know....it doesn't exist legally. If it was an "understanding" between the powers that be in Paulding at the time of the sell and the powers that be in ATL at the time of the sale, someone should have made it part of the contract at that time. I have no clue as to what is in the contract or what was said by whom to whom at the time, but even this dumb ole southern boy knows, if it important, get it in writing.

Two things wrong with that commercial, both are major issues. 1. It is too confusing 2. I have no clue what they are selling But, the wife said that whatever they were selling, I'm not who they are trying to sell it to. She said something about if you can't figure it out, they are going for a younger demographic. (a nice way of calling me old)

Glad to hear it! Everyone I know that has hip replacements say it hurts, but not as bad as it did before. And the good news is, this hurt will get better, not worse. Not to mention your getting around so much better.
