I know many non-custodial parents that get out of paying. They are lowdown scum who cheat the system, cheat their public (by getting payed cash under the table), cheat the children's mother and worst of all, cheat their children. I never minded my ex having a better car than me, a better house, a better washer/dryer, a better TV or a better whatever. Why?
