For the ONE MILLIONTH time, you cannot vaccinate a small child for everything. An infant doesn't get vaccinated until they are 2 months old, and even then they aren't complete vaccinations. Had they done the ultrasound they would have known she was a high risk pregnancy. Because I didn't have any ultrasounds after the 20th week (where her growth measured normal) they were unaware of the rate of her growth. I don't care what people do with their kids vaccinations as long as it doesn't effect my childs health. When you don't vaccinate your kids you are putting my child at risk. So I would just like to be warned when I am approaching one of these non vaccinated children.

I got a whopping cough vaccine when my first daughter was born. When I had the second they said that the vaccine lasts some 15 years I think. They vaccinate the kids when they get older, but they can't have them young. They say it's because of so many people coming to our country that don't have vaccinations. Then it spreads from adult to adult and then kids get it. Scary stuff.

True. My in-laws currently live on Lake Eufaula and the Walmart near them is alway dirt cheap. We always fill up there so I haven't paid attention to the prices closer to Dothan.

I tend to think of LA as more around Mobile, but yeah, we're moving to LA. Husbands job is in Dothan, we plan to try to find a place to live between Dothan and Abbeville. If you're familiar with that area. We'll have longer drives to things like Walmart and Malls mileage wise, but there's hardly any traffic so you can drive 20 miles in 20 minutes instead of an hour.

I'm pretty sure in South Alabama they're just happy when a road goes from dirt to gravel.
