  1. I would just like to know how this would work, since I presently have doctors with Wellstar, Emory and Northside. Does this mean, if an individual has Medicare and they assign their healthcare to Wellstar, then if that individual goes to Emory or any other hospital for a procedure it will be out of network? Then if this is so, if an individual does not choose to assign their Medicare to Wellstar, then all Wellstar facilities will be considered out of network (assuming Wellstar will no longer have a need to contract with other insurance providers)? So what they're proposing is basically an H

  4. They are temporary e-mail accounts used in their spam generating. You should send the spam with the headers (very important) to uce@ftc.gov. The best way is to cut and past so nothing is missing from the spam. When people pass on these spam e-mails to the government they do eventually track them down. The spammers end up with huge fines and jail time.
  5. I never give out my main email address, only my close relatives know it. For everyone else, I use temporary email addresses. Once the spam starts I send it to the Feds and then I cancel the account and start up a new one email account.
  6. If you have satellite, check your parabolic dish for obstructions. Sometimes all it takes is a twig to mess up reception.
  7. Check this out: http://www.paulding.gov/DocumentView.aspx?DID=365 This link will take you to a .pdf document that has a wealth of information on assorted property tax exemptions that are available and their requirements.
  8. Fan running means CPU is hot, this can be from a lot of resources being used or fluff stuck in the fan. Possibly what you need to do is clean the inside of your laptop. Remember to unplug it and remove the battery before cleaning.
  9. I used to get them a long time ago, about once a month. B12 does help with the increase in red blood cells which in turn increases the viscosity of your blood. So, if you're older and you do not have pernicious anemia and you're past menopause, it's not a good idea to take too much B12 in an injection form. It can cause blood clots over time. If you're relatively young and healthy you might want to take some D-Alpha Tocopherol (a specific form of E that's good for women) or Oil of Evening Primrose or Omega 3's, to offset the "stickiness" of your blood if you're planning on taking these inj
  10. Back when I had money I used Master Shield gutter protection, their warranty is for the life of the gutter their attached to. 1. Got them a long time ago. Not cheap but one of the best out there, at least at the time I did my research. 2. YES!!!!!! The water runs freely through the leaders. 3. Master Shield provides their own installer.
  11. Well, you didn't approve it! So keep trying, eventually you will get it removed like I did.
  12. Its good to hear those young men are off the streets. I think we need to clean out our garages and start putting our vehicles in them for added protection.
  13. I've been checking my phone bills on line waiting for the new charge to show up and low and behold it was there $4.44! I called them asked what it was for, (playing dumb with big companies is how you get information without alienating the rep. or having them hang up on you). She told me it's a new charge for people with the basic plan. I told her I've never had long distance and want the charge removed. I asked will I still be able to call toll free numbers, her answer was yes! So I can still use my long distance discount card, like I've been using since I moved to Georgia. Then she read

  15. Personally I love the sound, but I do understand how irritating it can be to some. The best way to dampen sound is air. The windows that most of the homes comes with are poor at dampening the sound even though they have double panes, the panes are too close together, also, they are not installed properly. If you can afford it, you might want to upgrade your windows in the bedroom with windows that come with an acoustical rating so you can at least not hear them when sleeping. And have them installed with a proper tight fit. This is how people that live in big cities survive. A much less
  16. If you're talking about painting over new sheet rock that has been primed, it's OK because the walls are still absorbent. If this is old enamel paint you can but it won't be durable, it will peal off easily and over time it will start to flake off. You will need to rough up the surface so the latex can adhere well, especially if you're referring to a glossy or semi-gloss enamel. Sand the surface so the shine is gone.
  17. Drove down Lindsey Lake to get to Hwy 61 today and noticed the white trailer on the left side of the road had fire damage and police tape around the driveway area. When did this happen and is the family that lived there OK? I've never seen a home burn down until I moved here, since living here I've seen 2 houses burn down. On top of that my friends house burned down this year, very sad indeed and scary.
  18. Some of these documents are large, the best thing to do is download them and not have them open up in your browser. Once documents are downloaded they will "render" or load more quickly. The charts starting on page 26 and 151 are interesting.
  19. You can get the information here: http://www.paulding.gov/index.aspx?NID=125 You'll want the first document Comprehensive Transportation Plan. There are other interesting documents listed all are for download in .pdf form. Enjoy the reading!
  20. I've used it under the Soda Club name which was only mail order at the time. I believe SodaStream is their new retail name, same company though. I'm a big seltzer drinker and only within the last few years have I been able to buy seltzer (sparkling water) locally and stopped buying the CO2 containers. I don't particularly like sweet soda drinks so I haven't gotten much use out of the mixes. I do make my own off beat sodas. It's fun to use and makes a neat noise when you're charging the bottles!
  21. First check this out: http://health.state.ga.us/programs/envservices/FSManual.asp There are a lot of regulations and standards for selling prepared hot and cold foods to the public. There is a lot you need to know so the food is kept safe for the public and you don't end up with violations and heavy fines. Hope this helps you out!
  22. Sorry for your suffering. That's sad the hospitals here won't investigate your issue further. Sounds like a gastro issue, like acid reflux, indigestion, etc. Gastro issues as well as stress can mimic cardiac problems.
