True. I am very lucky. I still have Grandma. And so far, everything she has told me to do works. Same as my mom. I call them both all the time with stuff as a first time parent. I am afraid to call the doctor too much, lol. And don't worry about thte Tylenol thing - they told us to give BabyB some, too, after his last shots. Poor baby. His daddy is doing that from now on. I can't take it. lol I cry longer than he does.

Meeee too! LOL I'm a SAHM too, but with his colic I decided a schedule might be best. I need the crying to stop so I thought it might help.

My baby's doctor said it best when he said, "how many kids did your Grandma have? Are they all okay? How many kids did your mom have? Did you all turn out okay?" then be laughed and said they knew more then he did, and no one knows better than the baby's mom. Go Blue is right, no one can give you the right answer, as no one knows better than you. Trust your instinct and ask your mom and grandma. IMO trying rice cereal is just fine. I thnk just a little at first, then 1tsp per ounce in the night time bottle. BabyB is also on a schedule. And his bath is at the same time every night, then I feed

My ped said to listen to my mom and grandma, lol. It's fine. I started BabyB on cereal in his bottle at night at 5 1/2 weeks. He started sleeping thru the night then. When we moved him to his crib at 7 1/2 weeks he only woke up once to eat. I didn't asks the doc first, I just did it after my mom told me to do it. When I told him he laughed and said it was fine. We'll start spoon feeding cereal in about two weeks at 3 1/2 months, per the doc. He's been sleepin all night again at 10 1/2 weeks.

We hat pot roast, onions, carrots and teeny tiny potatoes that had been in the crock pot all day. And green beans and rolls. It was a nasty afternoon so I thought that sounded good. And I am exhausted and it is so easy to make that, lol.

My friend from Chatt is coming to visit me and BabyB tomorrow and we are doing the Harry's & Trader Joe's round trip. We may hit up a Pinkberry, too. Saturday, my little brother is coming to visit! Woohoo! He was suppose to come last weekend but bailed at the last minute. He is coming to see us before he leaves for his last year of college at MTSU. It may be a while before he can get home or here once school starts. Sunday, prolly recovering.

This is who I was going to suggest. I LOVE Dr. Young. I've never seen Chad, though. I am a new mom, and you can imagine all the worrying I have had... Dr. Young always put me at ease. He is very down to earth and I just love him. CarolineElizabeth recommended him and I am so glad she did. He is in Dallas on 120 right near 92. He also has an office in Villa Rica on Thorton Rd. Also, never waited more than 10 minutes or so, even when they squeezed me in the day I wanted to know why BabyB wouldn't stop crying (the answer was 'cause he's a baby. with colic, LOL)

mmm.... everything sounds good! Ours was DELISH! And I hate pork. Here's the recipe: 3/4 cup ketchup 3 tablespoons prepared mustard 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar Pinch garlic salt 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons paprika 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon pepper 3 tablespoons brown sugar 3/4 cup water 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped 2 cups fresh or canned peaches Now, I left off some of hers since I was using a crock pot and not fish. I used frozen peaches - the whole bag and I warmed them up and mashed them with a potato masher. I just m

We got nothin'. It'd be nice if something like last Saturday would happen again. That sure was nice!

I will! It looked so good on TV this morning, lol. It's pretty easy. It has a lot of ingredients, but I had almost everything already - it's stuff you'd have anyway so it's not a fortune to make. I'll post if it's good! Your meals always sound so good... one of yours is actually a staple in my house now. I may invite myself to dinner one night

We're having peach bbq pork loin from the crock pot, wild rice, and steamed (with chicken broth) broccoli, cauliflour and carrots. Oh, and rolls of course. This BBQ sauce is a Paula Deen recipe meant to brush on tilapia while grilling. We'll see how this turns out..... What are y'all doing?
