Copschick, since you work in the medical feild, can you explain to me why I had to sit in exam room for an HOUR with my 6 month old, palms sweaty and heart racing, waiting for the nurse to get in there and give him the dang shots i've been dreading for the last 3 months? I mean seriously, sitting for an hour with a baby in an exam room sucks bad enough, add my extreme anxiey over the impending doom (shots) and we have ourselves a pissed off momma. I'll be 34 next month. I started smoking at the age of 14. I've almost been a smoker for 20 years. That scares me. I need to quit. Not only for health reasons but for financial reasons. mine was 9.14lbs. so there goes that theory! He slept through the night last night. from 8-5:45, so that was good. Hubby got up with him so I could get caught up. But now i'm a ball of nerves because at noon i'm taking him for his 6 month shots. his appointment is at noon so for the next 3 hours i'll be . I really need to start making his dr. appointments for the morning. So I can get it overwith and not stress all day. I HATE SHOTS!! The older and more aware he gets the harder it gets.
