it takes 2 people to make a baby so both parents should be responsible to support it, IMHO. and according to the OP this is an ex which leads me to believe this was not a one night stand but a relationship/marriage in which the other person was fully aware of the child's existance and so should be held responsible for help in the support of the child.

Does anyone know off hand the law about having chickens? I am wondering if I could have a couple of chickens in a coup in my backyard for eggs. I live in a non covenant subdivision outside of city limits on approx 1/2 acre lot. I am putting in my garden now and I do know that you can have gardens in not only the back yard but the front (I am planning an herb garden for the front yard) and am trying to get us a self sustaining as is reasonably possible. I want to help out with our food bills as much as I can.

Two Sisters Bakery has a pretty nice sound to it... and if it is combined with a new and used book store and I am there!! there is a place like that in Galveston called "Novel Ideas". they took an older house and turned the kitchen into a bakery and coffee shop and each room was a different type book... was a fantastic place!! I have always wanted to open one here.

does she do these for other people? she ought to open a shop or take special orders if she does not do it already!! she is mega talented... you must be incredibly proud!!

I can't believe no one knows of a place to buy cement blocks in the county other than Home Depot. What about northern Douglas or northern Carroll??

Other than Home Depot, who has cement blocks in Paulding or nearby? (I am in New Georgia) Seconds are okay. I am looking for some to rebuild my raised beds with. I will be buying several loads but probably no more than 20 at a time. I want to get the blocks as I finish each bed for the next one. I will be buying them over a couple of months. I want to end up with about 4-5, 20' long beds. Thanks

Hubby and I are wanting to get gun permits this year. Before we do, we want my 19 year old son and myself to go through a class. My hubby wants to do some refresher time on a range (he is retired British military). Can anyone recommend a good class to take that is not more than 30-45 minutes one way from the New Georgia area? My link Hi I wanted to post this here because the person who is missing has ties to Paulding. Both of his parents and families are from/live in Paulding. He is the son of Toni Tibbetts Buford and the late D.W. Buford, both of Dallas. If you have seen or heard from him please let us know, or have family or friends in the Grayson to Covington area, please share this. He has an extremely serious, life threatening, medical condition. Any help at all would be appreciated.

If I remember correctly they came to town for a funeral in the 70's and then just stayed. At least that is the story I have always heard. I went to school with some but by the time we got to high school they had dropped out.

Don't waste your time going this year or in the future. We were promised there would be a tethered balloon for rides all day and to attract attention. It did not happen. Now they are saying it is too much wear and tear on the balloons. Why promise it? We were promised balloons there all day for people to look at. Did not happen. The balloon people were laid up in their air conditioned hotel all day because they were "too hot". There were supposed to be carnival rides. Supposedly they could not find a carnival ride group that was not already booked but they kept advertising it anyway thinking p
