This is actually an interesting topic. I agree that an employee should be paid for any time spent doing company work, including time spent getting in proper attire or booting computers. On the other hand, there does seem to be a loss of personal work ethics that would drive an employee to get to work early, stay late if need be... to basically go that extra mile, not just for the company, but for his or her own personal pride. And I would say that if you are on a shift, say a strict 8 hour shift... and that's all you work... then you have, at some point in time, stolen from the com

I have talked about zombies so much.. saying things like "in real life, a zombie would never do that..." that my youngest thought they were real until I explained it to him. Same thing with santa claus.

A little FYI: If you ever find yourself in a gun store, do NOT mention that you are buying a weapon in case of a zombie outbreak. At best, they look at you funny. Trust me on this.
