Roofers-HVAC guys question about ridge vents and attic fans
JohnnyJ replied to Cathyhelms's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I agree with Guard dad. The ridge vent gives the hot air a way out of your attic. Closing an existing fan or existing ridge vent will trap a greater amount of HEAT in the attic and make the house harder and more expensive to cool in the summertime. The trapped HEAT in the attic reduces the life of the roofing shingle. -

I have to agree with the statement above. Plus, if the owner of the property is deceased and his heirs are cleaning up the property, the owner of the broken vehicle is probably out of luck. I suggest the OP call the sheriff or a lawyer.

Yep, you got that right.

My skin has always been oily and prone to pimples. Granny's soaps have worked fine where most name brand soaps just caused a worse problem. Nathan has reached the age where he has the same problem. I need to place an order for one of Granny's assorted baskets. (I still love the Honeysuckle, if you have it.)

Thank you for the information.

Claiming arthritus, he retired from active service and got a land grant in what is know as New Castle County, Delaware today. His children chose to use the surname Walraven. You ask why? No one knows, but maybe a translation of

The last commission grabbed the land for an airport that was unwanted by the citizens and now the citizens must pay a fair price for the land. Heck, name it Shearin's Folly. -
1962 A young boy of thirteen gets between his father and his brother when the father is whooping the brother for biting the school teacher. The boy was scared of two things. The father had suffered shellshock in WWII and was whooping the other son like a man...hurting him. The boy told his father to stop. The father turned his black eyes upon the boy and asked "Do you want some of it?" The boy answered "No, he is a kid, whoop him like a kid, not like a man." The moment froze. The father froze. The black eyes with the red bolts of lightening slowly changed to the normal steel blue. From t

The family will be having an informal Memorial Service for Darlene Sunday, Feb 01 at 3:00 PM at Shady Grove Baptist Church. We would like to invite Darlene's many friends and of course all of our Pcom friends. Pastor Matt will officiate. For those that do not know. Take Hwy 61 N to High Shoals Road on the left, but turn right on to Shady Grove Church Road and go approx. 3/8 mile.
