I agree with Guard dad. The ridge vent gives the hot air a way out of your attic. Closing an existing fan or existing ridge vent will trap a greater amount of HEAT in the attic and make the house harder and more expensive to cool in the summertime. The trapped HEAT in the attic reduces the life of the roofing shingle.

I have to agree with the statement above. Plus, if the owner of the property is deceased and his heirs are cleaning up the property, the owner of the broken vehicle is probably out of luck. I suggest the OP call the sheriff or a lawyer.

Yep, you got that right.

My skin has always been oily and prone to pimples. Granny's soaps have worked fine where most name brand soaps just caused a worse problem. Nathan has reached the age where he has the same problem. I need to place an order for one of Granny's assorted baskets. (I still love the Honeysuckle, if you have it.)

One of the earliest of my know ancestors, Walraven was indeed a Fox (deVos). He was born about 1635, the known records list him as a Dutchman (man from Holland) married to a Swedish lady. Walraven came to the New World with William Penn as a soldier of fortune. As the settlement changed hands, Walraven would claim whatever nationality was in control of Pennsylvania. The family will be having an informal Memorial Service for Darlene Sunday, Feb 01 at 3:00 PM at Shady Grove Baptist Church. We would like to invite Darlene's many friends and of course all of our Pcom friends. Pastor Matt will officiate. For those that do not know.
