If you want to convert a video to 3gp for a phone, you can purchase/download one of a few video conversion tools. Simply log onto handango.com. There are several to choose from and some even offer a trial version. Hope that helps.

The only thing that I can think of is to install the program called U3 Launchpad. This typically comes pre-installed on most SanDisk USB Drives, I think. LPPT, if I am correct, you're using Firefox? For those who do, I think I found a way to duplicate this problem. Find a post (any post should do). To the right of the OP's name, you will notice a small icon. Click that icon (not the name, itself). The window that pops up, should appear behind the banner (see image below). While scrolling the button on the mouse may seem to work, it isn't necessarily a fix. It's just a temporary way around the actual issue. Certain browsers will display the overlay properly... but w/out the proper fix, others will have this issue.
