Shrimp Marsala Sunday and it was GREAT!! and Easy.
Peeled and devained the shrimp(hardest part)
Sauteed gralic and shrimp in olive oil til about half pink, took the shrimp out.
In the same pan the shrimp cooked, add 1 cup of Marsala (white wine) and about half cup of butter and baby bella mushrooms and 1 lemon squeezed.
Simmer low for about 10mins till it reduced some. (take some out for pouring on top)
Add in the shrimp back in, about 2 min later add in the cooked pasta( I used something like penne just a lil smaller)
Stir till everything is covered good, put in bowl
