We all have different opinions of how to teach our children. I have always been pretty honest with Kat. One, it showed her that I knew ALL. Two- we have a great relationship that is open and honest. We get pissed at each other but we do talk with ease. -

I want to go with YOU!!! I remember the days, long ago, of getting stoned. Yes, folks! When I was a teen, I did partake in the gonga. If I didn't have to worry about drug tests at work (and the going to jail part) I'd still partake. -

Well, DUH! Note that I said "pretty much all of you". I know your hubby is a Cop and how you feel. -
S and S is actually a teeny bit shorter than one of my most wonderful itty bitty friends. I don't believe either would be considered a "Little Person"...

Thanks. I have no idea what to do about the watch thing. He does have a few other nice things but he really needs a watch. Working on engines is rough work.

Fixed it for ya. DH sends me silly Haiku's all the time so I read your funny one to him. The 2nd sentence should have 7 syllables... He thought it was funny as crap!
-
Absolutely nothing. Ginger made him blush, though. Even with his tan like skin- you could see the red!!!
-
you, too! Next time you won't leave our dinner so early!
-
I still wear one and so does he. I just like it.

I want to get DH a watch for Christmas. He is extremely rough on them and he breaks the crystal all the time. Are there any watches out there that are good for rough men???? All comments are expected and accepted.

I love LGE!!! I've been with them forever and it helps to be with a CU for a long time. My DD got her ck from the car wreck and it was over $6,000. I, of course, did not have that in my account. BUT since I had been a member for so long they cashed the check. Her bank wouldn't.

I really hope your are correct! We drive out of our way to go to this location to get our scripts filled. Dallas is so much closer- but Jim Estep and his crew are wonderful and know who we are and help us in any way possible. I would be very sad if they closed.

Schools used to do that. We had a course for this in Middle School.

I am going to a friends house. It is funner cleaning up their mess after wards and SHE has a touch of OCD which works in our favor! Her Mom makes dressing like I do. I am bringing Brocolli Casserole and a dessert of some kind. That is ALL I have to cook for the day!!! YAY!
-
WOW! Darn close to mine but I don't use crackers or celery. I do use more onions. I like that she also retains a bit of the dressing for the giblet gravy cuz I do the same thing.

DH and DD ADORE sushi... not I. I have tried and tried to like it but... When they 1st got it, I saw the pickled ginger. I thought it was smoked salmon and stole it from them. Put it ALL in my mouth and then realized what I had done. Mama would never let us spit food out so I had to chew and swallow. Oh, and Mama wasn't even with us. OMG! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! I drank my tea and his just to get it down.

Kat learned from an early age that money is not a given. She went to school and maintained an A B average but still worked. Our agreement was that if she kept her good grades, she could work. If they dropped, she had to quit and had to ride the bus to school. I really think the threat of having to ride the bus was what kept her grades up. Good luck to ya, cuz teenagers are not fun sometimes.
