I am certainly NOT talking about time. I am talking NECESSARY time. Therapy, Funeral, etc. and it does take very special people to handle the above mentioned jobs.

In most instances, I disagree. My daughter was in a car accident while I was at work. Her car was totaled but she was ok. Did I want to go to her? Hell yes! Did I? No. However, if I felt like she really needed me, you bet your ass I would leave. Family first.

Some for instances.... and please know these are JUST that and they are IMHO.... 1- kid gets caught doing illegal things instead of being at school and getting the education he/she needs. They OBVIOUSLY need counseling. More important than work. 2- Extended family member has death in family. Yeah, I am going to be there. 3- Close family friend in ICU. They pass. Funeral- are ya there?

Just curious. I realize jobs are hard to come by but I still value my family before my job. What say you???

He looks over and see me weeping uncontrollably and thought it was about the tv show. WHY ARE YOU CRYING OVER THIS? Then I read him the story. When you get the OMG I NEED A SLICE OF CAKE NOW moment... get a microwave safe coffee mug and mix 3 TBL cake mix with 2 TBL water. Put in the microwave for 1 minute. DONE!!! Okay, so most of you have probably been doing this forever, like my daughter. It is soooo good! Thanks for your time, carry on.
