ARE THE BEST AND I APPRECIATE THEM!!! After reading all the horror stories people have had with renters.. I am always very thankful for mine. I won't name them, but they can name themselves. I just wanted to say THANK YOU, FOR BEING YOU!!!

I read threads like this and say to myself, "DANG!! I am so fortunate to have the best renters, ever!!!" Truthfully, they are awesome in every way and I could not be happier!!!

I totally understand. I'd do the same thing. And for the new comer- I live in North Paulding. We have brand new schools here and it hasn't been as built up as some other areas of PC. You should check out all the different areas before making a life changing decision. That said, I love it out here and we are only 20 min. from 75.

I work CS. If you want something done... be very clear about what you want and don't be witchy. We tend to not help you out as easily if you are witchy. For example- you make your payment late and are po'd about the late fee. Don't call us screaming about how unfair it is- just ask to have the thing waived. Simple, huh? Now- being screwed over for disability... I would not be good at that because I'd give it to ya!
