And while we are at it, pass a law that requires any bicycle on a public highway to have license plates, insurance and driver's license. Are better yet, just make it illegal for a bicycle to be on a public road. Can't ride on Interstate Highways, why are they allowed on ANY highway?

Hey Animal, how ya doin? Check the underside of the leaves for insects. They are tiny so look close. Aphids, white flies and leaf curlers sometimes cause this. I spray mine with Neem Oil when I find them. Sprayed once about six weeks ago and haven't seen them since. Neem Oil is an organic insect control that seems to actually work. Be careful not to over water too. Check the moisture in the soil at about an inch deep. It doesn't take a lot of moisture for the plants to survive. Too much water is like holding the plants over a pot of boiling water.
