  1. Doing GREAT, Kleine, and I thank you SO MUCH for replying! I hope your project is going well, and I am very happy to have had a portion in it's success, CINDY . I think you are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! Totally! CR
  2. So, Hey, Cindy! Just surfing the net and decided I'd check out my profile and noticed you'd signed on as my "bud", thanks! At first, I thought it was one of the mods "keeping an eye" on me! Still looking for Winnie, Eeyore, Tigger, Kanga, Heffalump, Piglet and Trespassers Wil, though! CR
  3. New Year's Day in Vienna will never be the same. He loved Austria, and he loved the Strauss family! "And that's the way it is", will never be equalled by any other phrase from any other "wannabee". You pilot that yacht in the sky for us, Mr. Cronkite, and "pave" the way to Mars! See you there, Dude!
  4. Do y'all think this might be a "trend"? Not to be so "hard" on those people who might be like the guy in the link or the lady in the above post? If so, good on them! I am old enough to remember the Ted Mack Amateur Hour, and I guess a lot of folks got "eliminated" before they chose the ones to appear on the show, but one reason I have never liked (or even watched) American Idol, is the hateful things that are said (which I saw on shows like ET). 7. Well, sounds like that is the long and the short of it! Cute little Dachshund! http://www.theanimalrescuesite.com/clickTo....faces?siteId=3 Please click to feed and then to vote for PHS in the "Shelter Challenge"
  8. Interesting article here: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/03/01/movies/01films.html?hp I agree with the waiting for the DVD. With the advent of home theater and bigger HD televisions, it just makes better sense. Yeah, the big screen "experience" is great, but not at the price they charge for concessions in addition to the ticket costs.
  9. In addition to his illustrious career as a newscaster, he was also the host of The Vienna Philharmonic's New Year's Day Concerts shown on PBS. I knew he was too sick to host it this year, because Julie Andrews stood in for him. It just wasn't the same. I miss that calm, mellilfluent voice and gentlemanly demeanor, and he was truly enamored of the Philharmonic and the Strauss family. If you've never seen the broadcast, you've missed some beautiful music, ballet and scenery. Good to know his family and doctor are at his side. No one should have to die alone. "And that's the
  10. Congratulations! We have something other than playing music in common, I see!
