Your absolutely right, which is why I avoid the drive thru like a plague. But then again I avoid fast food pretty much all together. Don't need people spitting in my food.

Are you mental? You do understand sarcasm right? -
Meh, something tells me that dog chewing the controller is not going to be covered under the warranty. Repair is probably going to cost as much as just buying new ones.

Its not the ladder that kills you, it's the ground. We need to ban the ground. ETA: they need to build a safer ladder that will prevent you from falling, because it is all about product safety. -

Your missing the point. This was intended as a sarcastic post. People are all up in arms because 22 kids were killed with a gun so we need to more gun control. More kids die every year from child abuse then guns so where is the outrage over that? Obviously the laws we have in place do not stop people from killing kids. You can have all the laws, rules, regulations and government agencies that you want, it is still not going to stop someone from killing whether it is with a firearm, car or their own two hands. Peace.

And all above is obviously not working because kids still die from choking, more then from TVs falling on them. All the product safety and various agencies in the world can not stop a irresponsible parent. I guess we just need to ban parents then since all the other stuff is not working. -

Yet they still choke on them. So obviously the products are not safe. -
Obviously it is not working, THAT is the point. Obviously gun laws are not working so we need to ban guns right? So we should stick to our guns, no pun intended, and ban children.

More kids die each year from choking then from TVs. We should ban all items that are small enough to choke. It is addressed, they already have warning labels on them. -

Last I checked TVs were not meant to be climbed on. While we are at it lets make chairs larger because kids tip them over all the time. It's not the TVs fault that irresponsible parents let their kids climb on the TV. -
Obviously it is not working. Thanks for proving my point.

And exactly where is the design flaw?? Gravity? -
Just jumping on the bandwagon of things that should be banned because children die. Children are suffering from a hidden epidemic of child abuse and neglect. Every year 3.3 million reports of child abuse are made in the United States involving nearly 6 million children (a report can include multiple children). The United States has the worst record in the industrialized nation – losing five children every day due to abuse-related deaths. We need to ban children. (sarcasm) My link

How are the products not safe? Should we install airbags on the TVs? Seems to me the issue is not with the TVs themselves rather the owners of the TVs. TVs don't kill kids, it's the irresponsible parents who don't take the proper precautions and keep their kids from climbing on the TV. Would you buy a flat screen TV that has a huge base on it so it is impossible to tip over? -
We need a law that bans ex-cons from possessing firearms. Oh wait we already do, to bad they don't follow the law.

The sad part about this is your serious. Why can't we design parents who don't let their kids climb on the TV? -
What was wrong with the old one?
