If you will PM me your email, I have a community resource list developed by my church, New Season Church in Hiram. Also; we have a "soul care" meeting every Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. She will be able to meet many people who have similar problems. -
I have to share this. Most people don't know that back in 1912 Hellman's mayonnaise was manufactured in England. In fact, the "Titanic" was carrying 12,000 jars of the condiment scheduled for delivery in Vera Cruz, Mexico which was to be the next port of call for the great ship after New York City. Mexicans were crazy about the stuff. The Mexican people were eagerly awaiting delivery and were disconsolate("desperados") at the loss. So much so that they declared a national day of mourning which they still observe today. It is known, of course, as ...sinko de Mayo.

Bare feet are prohibited by the food audits; ALWAYS. -
Moving in more quickly than they thought. My daughter is teaching a class in Marietta; keeps me a bit on the edge until she gets home at about 10.

MissSophie replied to surepip's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Well this is not what I expected when I opened the thread. Grab that family and give them the best hugs. A little child needs security. I am happy this has a happy ending. Thank you for sharing. -
Last summer my newly found adopted granddaughter visited with her husband and son. My grandson in law is from Puerto Rico and they made one or two dinners for us. BuI I just found my packets of the Sazon Goya. Any ideas for recipes to use it? She is a young thing and has a hard time giving me a recipe because she spent 2 years in Puerto Rico and just "cooked". Help!

I agree. At least during the day we can get a better gauge on how the sky is looking.

Anyone else hear anything? don't see anything on tv

No kidding!! I have a boxer/lab mix who acts like Cujo until you come into the room. My yard guy doesn't believe me when I tell him she is scared to death of him. But in the mean time, she froths at the mouth.
-
I was also thinking worm snake though I could not see any markings on it. That seems the closest possibility.
-
Completely; shiny tan; it glistened

About 12 inches; tan in color, no markings at all; very shiny. Any ideas?

No, it isn't leaking pipes; water bill is fine, thank you God! I have a landscape company coming out on Monday. I talked with the person who normally does my mowing, etc. and he really thinks we have to sod the front to get grass and get some top soil to fix the drain problem in the back. If I can get the drainage fixed in the back, I will work on beutifying it next year and for now make the front look good. Always something.
-
This started last year. A small portion of my yard is like a swamp for a few days after it rains. I am almost positive it is not the septic tank. There is no smell associated with the standing water. Who can fix this? A landscaper? I am not going to plant my garden until this is resolved because my I am losing plants at the "wet end". Help!!

Our company used ADT and it was horrible!! Our alarm kept going off for no reason but ADT insisted there was someone actually coming into the building. For what? Nothing was ever missing. So I made a deal; you put in a camera, if we see a person, I will pay for the camera - they just fixed it instead.
