Close your eyes, Pubby. I used a pre-made crust and it was very flaky. On the recipe below, I made real bacon to use and I added some spinach. This REALLY fills the crust to almost overflowing - but it didnt. I put mine together in the morning and baked it that night. I bought pre-grated Parmesan but grated my own swiss. One of my friends brought this to a meeting and we almost fought over the last piece. LOL. No. this is just for the family who is dealing with the crisis. They do not have time to cook while dealing with 2 parents who are in a very critical state. I just want to make home life easier by giving them something to eat when they come back from the crisis.

I have a dear friend who has both parents in a health crisis in two different locations. A few of us are going to take some quick grab and go meals. Any suggestions? So far we are thinking pre-made croissant sandwiches; and pasta salad. Can you suggest anything else?
