Well it is all about common sense,how many girls in middle school last year were pregneant. Even heard about a few in elementary school. This was our county,common sense should be the rule of thumb here. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I think Mr. Cain can win,why because people want a real down to earth person,someone they can relate to.
