  1. Society needs to make a choice....do what is right and ensure we maintain the benefits of living in a civilized society or cower away from those who choose to break our laws and trample over others because we worry they will be offended and riot. Unfortunately it is coming to a head, soon I think. This isn't an issue that is isolated by race, even though that is the way it is being divided, as much as it is isolated by social standing, we have been divided into givers and takers. The sense of entitlement that is being passed down from generation to generation is mind blowing. The takers, n
  2. I am pretty sure they tried to resolve it peacefully and 'civilly'. The residents who were there enjoying the area and the private security that the community pays for to keep order explained the community rules and informed them the area could not be turned into a mobile club complete with an admission price and live DJ, it was only open to families in the community and limited guests. They were dealing with people who don't live there and who did not even know any of the residents, total strangers led there by advertising. They were met with "f#*% you" followed by physical violence and a
  3. ....and that proves my point that you have no true interest in any of this other than furthering your agenda that all police are bad. Only an idiot would think LE can enforce the law and keep the peace without displaying some sort of authority in times of chaos. That is what they do, that is the power society invested in them. Instructing a mob of fighting and trespassing teens to simply sit down until the situation is under control is a pretty mild request and anyone with common sense should understand the reasoning behind it. If you can't comply with that simple request then it is pretty
  4. Not even close. She was a suspect in a criminal investigation, that gives the officer the authority to issue lawful commands such as to stop or get on the ground, to detain people in handcuffs as necessary and to use force if those commands are not followed. When she was told to get on the ground she should have done so. There was a lot of unknown in that situation when the officers arrived, the only way to resolve it is to take control so you can investigate. Just as with the majority of other examples some on this site try to dig up daily, complying with lawful commands is the correct an
  5. Law enforcement has an additional duty to fulfill that takes priority before it moves to the next stage of beginning the prosecution, protection of lives and property in the community they serve. You always seem to ignore it, not surprising though because you even want to ignore that an officer is justified to use force in self defense and defense of others. That duty is why the law justifies them to use force to stop threats to the community, even deadly force when dealing with violent felons. That is where you lack the knowledge to make an informed opinion. The laws are clear, have
  6. No...you have a clear lack of understanding on what goes on in the real world, other than you hate cops. You can't even separate reality from the porn videos you were searching. Your general understanding of the law, the relevance of statutory case law, the procedures of the legal system in general and policies of law enforcement is simply lacking. Without at least a general understanding any conclusion reached will be in error.
  7. You know he really doesn't care. You know he also cares nothing about understanding fleeing felon laws and how the law justifies officers to use deadly force to apprehend fleeing dangerous felons in certain cases, it doesn't always have to be in self defense.
  8. Apparently the fantasy world going on inside his head that fuels all this paranoia he displays is much more interesting.
  9. LOL...you need help if you can't separate reality from fantasy. Take the first step, just talk to someone before you end up locked away in your house with blacked out windows because you think the enemies in your head are out to get you.
  10. You really need your own sub forum. Rambling, nonsensical posts such as this show you really have no comprehension what is real and what is your imagination.
  11. It is a factor right now without doubt. You are seeing a growing movement in the black community where the belief that opposing all authority and ignoring societies laws is acceptable. This is being reinforced by community leaders who blame everyone who isn't black for deep rooted problems within the community where the loss of the traditional family unit is at the core. Instead of addressing the failures and working to create a more law abiding community they instead portray them as some sort of victims of the system when the cops enforce the law. If you tell people they are victims, excu
  12. LOL...strawman. No....reality. That is the best excuse you have....economic disadvantage? The number of white people in this country who are 'economically disadvantaged' easily surpasses the entire black population, not just the ones at a 'disadvantage'.
  13. That means nothing because of the huge racial disparity in this country, overall crime rates tell the story. The amount of violent crime attributed to the black race is staggering when compared to their percentage of the population. Look at the big 3, murder, rape and robbery. You will find crime stats identify the offender as black in roughly half the yearly totals, problem is the black race only makes up 12% of the population in this country. Take it a step further, the vast majority of violent crimes are committed by males so now we are looking at 6% of the population. To narrow it dow
  14. If you continuously tell a group of people they are victims, if you minimize the violence and resistance that was a direct contributing factor to the outcome on a few high profile cases and you go out of your way to portray all LE as racist then don't be surprised when you empower many in that group to not respect the authority society has given police. The focus of the black community right now should be to stop the violence, be that against police officers and equally against members of their own community. Make the criminals of the community feel like outcasts instead of heros their yo
  15. You don't make that claim when one gets prosecuted. I guess some only support something when it gives them the decision that supports their agenda.
  16. Let me repeat that since you seem confused....the claim was heard in court before a judge who dismissed the case after the evidence was presented. That means the fact finding went far beyond what would be done internally and the decision was reached just as our system dictates...by an impartial judge.
  17. That went to court and was dismissed by a judge.
  18. Yup....the treatment Darren Wilson got is fresh in the mind of every cop. He paid a high price for simply doing his job.
  19. Yup...this is being portrayed as the police breaking up a pool party simply because it involved black teens which is nothing but a race baiting fabrication. As above, this is a private pool which means it is on private property. The community has strict limits on visitors that was not even close to being followed. Many who showed up had no idea who the resident even was, they showed up because of the DJ putting it out on social media. The security guard for the community confronted the group and informed them they were trespassing and were being denied entry. At that point a few actually
  20. Wrong site for this, you might as well be posting on Cop Block.
  21. This type of view is what the media is fueling. It will only get worse. This race baiting is making some think this is a view point that is so socially accepted it can be freely shared. Tell people they are victims long enough and they will believe it.
  22. Not hard at all. Park it, chock the wheels and then hand crank the roof which does not take much effort. From there the beds on each end simply slide out and lock in. I can set one up in under 15 minutes.
  23. Yup....that is the reason behind the textured surface...to hide the lines and other imperfections. Ceilings aren't finished to the same level as the walls. There is a reason smooth ceilings cost more in a new construction, they have to do more fine finishing work in the room construction and hanging the drywall. You also can see waves in a flat ceiling if it was not constructed to ensure the joists are absolutely on the same plane.
  24. Same number of cars in the end because you buy them less frequently. A hot seat car in a two shift rotation will wear out twice as fast as an assigned car to one officer.
