Trash service does vary but most are usually about $15 a month and want you to pay for 3 months up front. There are only 2 of us in my house and our water bill is usually no more than $20 a month. Hope that helps, I have to ask though why are you moving from Montana? I've heard it's beautiful there. One last tip, leave your heavy winter gear in Montana you definetly won't need it here!

She said "So which are you a Mastercard or Visa member???" I was shocked! I then hung up the phone.
