We just changed from Direct TV to comcast. Hubby wanted the fast internet and phone (he works from home). The internet and phone are awsome. If you are a DVR person then it....STINKS!!!!! Hate it hate it hate it!!!!! We are HD DVR people and the DVR sucks big time. Direct TV hands down!! If we were not locked into a 2 yr agreement (GGGRRRRHHHHH) we would go crawling back to Direct TV. FYI...we have only had comcast for 3 months and absolutely hate the TV part of it. I was not happy about changing in the first place, but hubby insisted it would be better.

I don't like seafood typically, and I LOVED this place. The best seafood around!!

I live in East Paulding near the High School....there was tons of hail here. I took pictures with my phone just in case there is any damage. My porch was covered...looked like a layer of snow was on it.

my father in law went there last Sun for business. He was due to come home on Wed. He is still there and looks like he will be there for a while. He has tried everything to get out but everything is booked. The worst part....he is diabetic and has been halving his meds the last few days...he will be out of all meds tomorrow. They have him booked on a flight for Friday..if they open the air space.

LOL...I know about dance. We did the company (competition) dance for 4 yrs. Now that is EXPENSIVE.. that is one reason we left dance and went to gymnastics.

I thought about this approach. I guess the thing I am struggling with is if he says "pay the new rate or go". I am totally fine with leaving, but what is that saying/doing for the rest of the team that depend on her to complete the team/routine. I guess the real question is why do I care? I need to do what is best for my family.

Yes I know, my daughter is there 2 days a week. That is why I already pay a higher tuition. In guess to make this alittle clearer. She really is not on a competition team. She is on a team that has learned 1 routine and go to local schools/events to show what PG is about. They call this the X-Team.

I wish I could absorb the cost, but I have 4 kids as well. This is just the increase for the one child. I have others doing other things as well.

I have thought about that and I do understand that there is cost for running a business. When my friend owned a business I told her she was crazy for not raising the tuition in 3 yrs. I am not against them raising tuition. Why would they raise it now instead of the beginning of the new year? Also....why is it different for each class. Like I said, I have a friend who's tuition is being raised as well. Her increase is only $5.00 and ours is $20.00 just b/c it is not a "regular" class. Mind you this is just for ONE child's class. Bottom line $20 is a lot to increase a monthly tuition by.

I don't think the increase was that much for non competitive classes...maybe $10.00, but for competitive or not I think a $20.00 increase is to much. We already pay higher rates as it is.

Paulding Gymnastics has decided to increase the month tuition for the class my daughter is in by $20.00 a month. In addition to this they are increasing the siblings by $10.00 a month. This new tuition is to begin in March...why then? Why not wait until the new year begins to increase this? I am barely able to afford the current monthly tuition right now. I have the shark as well. Love it.... the pumping action comes from pushing it back and forth, so I don't find it difficult to use. I use just regular old tap water. I have had mine for a year now and it still works great.
