It started acting up the Tuesday after Memorial Day. I took it to a place near my job and told them to find out what was wrong with it and not to do anything to it until they told me how much it would cost. The check engine light came on in my explorer and we took it to Advance Auto to have the codes done. It indicated that the idle air control valve was bad, so we bought another one, and my husband replaced it yesterday. Now it's worse than before. I took it back to Advance this afternoon, and the did the codes again. This time it is an idle air control valve malfunction. What exactly is that? Is the new IAC bad? I just listened to the archieves. It was a suspicious vehicle in front of 60 Poole Bridge Drive. A dark blue or black Mustang with tinted windows. Parked at risidence. Driven by a white male with tattoos on his arm and wearing jeans and a white T-shirt. He pulled into the driveway of the residence and the homeowners are not home.. He was also seen in the church parking lot so that explains why the officer was sitting there.

All 3 of my grandkids that talk call me Grandma, and the youngest two will, also. I love being called Grandma. I thought it would make me feel old, but it doesn't. About 5:45 this morning, I am watching the news and getting ready to leave the house for work. All of a sudden, I saw this really bright light shine up my road into the cul de sac. I've been taking it for a little over a month and have lost 13 pounds. Am almost NEVER hungry. Sometimes I can't even force myself to eat. I take it at 10:00 a.m. and do have trouble sleeping. I have cut back to only taking it a few times a week. I've adjusted to only eating until I'm full. I don't eat just because it tastes good anymore. My oldest daughter got food stamps for a brief period of time, and she never had a problem with buying soft drinks, but you can bet your A$$ that she wasn't buying steak and lobster!! She didn't get a large amount, so she bought very little meat, if any.

Not sure about cigarettes or alcohol, but I know of a place in Dallas that allows people to actually get cash from their food stamp card. They also let people buy non-food items with their food stamp card. I've thought about turning them in but not sure how to go about it or what proof I would need.

It amazes me that she does take such good care of them. That's why no one would ever believe it. I understand what you are going through. My daughter is on meth and has begged for help. Unfortunately, we cannot afford the kind of help that she needs. I know several people who had had lipo and the results were wonderful. They have not had any of it return. They eat anythign they want to, just in moderation. I know one girl who had a full body lip done in California about 15 years ago. She went from about 180 to a size 5. It was amazing!!! She has gained a little bit of weight, but nowhere near as much as before the lipo. I'd do it in a heartbeat if I could afford it!!

I cannot imagine anyone breastfeeding a 2-year-old. Breastfeeding a baby is natural. A 2-year-old is disgusting.

I am so sorry to hear this. I didn't read the original post, but I do agree that Meth is the devil. I, too, am dealing with this terrible problem with a family member. I recently found out that my beautiful daughter, who I love so very very much, has been doing it for the last 4 years, and I had no idea.
