I understand. I just do not think you should be able to go on a county website and search someones name and it pulls up information from ten years ago. Just seems like if you did something in highschool and it is dropped off your recored you should not be able to see it online ten years later. If it is dropped it should be dropped to me. I know a lot of my friends that are teachers were really freaking out about it. Thinking their students would start looking them up. You know for the typical minor consumption. But what do I know.

OMG! This story is so awful if true. I am in shock. I agree with you. It is crazy someones life could be ruined and we do not even know if it is true. I never gave my dad money for bills. Maybe if it was for something large that I had wanted and he said he would pay half. I would write him a check and then he would never cash them.
