On the contrary -- my point is that depression if left untreated has the potential to escalate - just as other diseases if left untreated. No different. Lead by example meaning that depression when treated -- can be managed. A diagnosis of depression does not mean you are not qualified to do your job.

Actually I feel quite the opposite. I feel this represents "true life experience". There is great opportunity to lead by example and reflect to the community that depression is a disease, that if not treated can escalate -- just as in the case of diabetes - if not treated can escalate, and high blood pressure - if not treated can escalate. There is so many secrets and hiding behind labels that make people who suffer from depression, feel that they are "less worthy" of existence. That my friend is simply not true. I agree with this 1000% percent! The way I see it -- if the people arrested are found guilty by a jury of peers, then they should serve time. With that said, I also understand there are children involved. That is incredibly sad. However, it is because of the children, not only the children of the people arrested, but for the children of Paulding county, that I am very glad that our law enforcement has removed illegal drugs off our streets.
