Mine says 10.83 and 4.0 -- I am having problems with my laptop and desktop -- my laptop just freezes up -- when I open windows task manager it says cpu usage is 100 percent -- and physical memory is 49 percent. Why does it do that? I have to force shut down and then restart -- I have defragged and done everything I can think of. I am running windows 7 and have had a couple auto downloads/updates and I am wondering if either that or the new AVG 2011 upgrade has done something. There are 9 AVG processes running in the task manager. That seems to be a lot. I don't know what to do but I
