I guess I'm too lazy to flip back and forth, but I will MUTE often. I'd rather DVR the game and SPEED through the commercials, but someone would spoil it and tell me the final score.

Regaring the accident, I hope all involved are okay. Regarding the intersection, remember, we are talking about the same bunch that WILL STILL NOT fund a traffic light on Hwy 61 at PCHS. I'm just sayin'....every chance I get. -
On a FROZEN Sunday afternoon, there is nothing like settling down to watch 2 hours of commercials, occasionally interrupted by a few 2 minute segments of pro football. C’mon Falcons! Get Ryan and the guys back in the game! You ever notice that when the game is going south, it makes the constant commercial breaks even MORE aggravating?! I feel better now...

I do the bacon grease thing. Ummmm I can never do fatback again after that picture.

I got there at 8:05 and had just has a short wait. It's a pretty nice facility, maybe a little smaller than I expected but nice anyway. There's no doubt that the parking situation is FAR better than downtown and I didn't have to de-gun at a metal detector.

Is the tag office still at it's old location in Dallas or did it move to the Gov't center on 278? Thanks

Do such good work that they replace her with you!

You took the word right out of my mouth, LR.

Sure, but they make a heck of a lot of noise and you can't hear the TV unless you close the laundry room door. Not that I would know...I've just heard

You wouldn't be required to notify animal control, but of course you can if you think it would be helpful. I'm thinking the only thing they would do, if anything would be to send someone to the area to look for a carcass. The main reason for my response is to give you kudos for not throwing on your brakes and causing an accident with the car behind you. Some people tend to FREAK and either harm themselves or someone else. I've ALWAYS told my daughter to slow down or stop, only if it is safe, when an animal crosses the road. I'm sorry, but if it's a decision between human safety and an

You mean this may be another Mt Fuji? I appreciate it but I'd rather have my eyeballs beat out than to drive to Lawrenceville for dinner. -
I'm sorry. We went through this in June with our female Jack Russell that had been with us for 13 years. DW was more attached than I was, but I found that I was more attached than I thought I was. We rescued two others a couple of months later. They didn't take her place, but the way we looked at it was that there was nothing better to do than to give another couple of dogs a home and avoid a similar fate for them. I wish you the best.

Well, I've been havin' a BIG TIME... It's not crowded and there's plenty of room in here to stretch out!

And if that were the case, the topic would probably get moved.

Well, there is a silver lining on every cloud. -

We had been eating there for several years when my DD was born. We took her with us when she was an infant and the head waitress carried her around for 15 minutes before bringing her back to the table. We had been there frequently during those years and they got used to seeing us. DD is 17 years old now and I think she was more upset about it than we were. She had grown up going there about once or twice per year. -
I'll second weatherboy on the "song" idea. Maybe turn on the tube and find some 80's music videos. DW and I do that on house-cleaning Saturdays. Of course, if i was home I could run a CD over for you to listen to, but I don't want to make you feel even worse...
