Don't get me wrong. I didn't think you were against the idea. That's an interesting demand from the fed about the exercise equipment. I'm not familiar with any jails in our area that are mandated to provide such equipment for inmates. Inmates are notorious as the only mammals on the planet that can tear up an anvil. If the taxpayers purchased exercise equipment for them, it would be destroyed within 6 weeks. The only difference in Joe's case is if they tear up their stationary bike, they say bye-bye to the TV.

Good reason not to utilize federal funding. Sure there are federal guidlines, but I certainly don't see this particular issue as being in violation of any. TV is certainly not a "right".

I never use always, but always use never. I have difficulty watching my tone of voice when typing my posts, especially when exaggerating. I used to YELL at the screen until they sent me to the nervous hospital. I often quote sources when attacking a particular person or disagreeing with an obvious truth. My opinion is just my opinion and that's a fact. I learned the art of debate from my DW. She is the Master and insists that I address her as such. I think the pollen is affecting my reasoning skills. Pay me no attention at all.
