I have NOT installed or used any device other than putting in an sd card to load my pics into Picasa? If I delete it,I may be deleting the USB ports already (preinstalled) on the computer, you think????

OK, now I have issues with my desktop! Still havent fixed nor have we figured out the laptop, I'll have to call Costco Consierge to get that fixed. All that IS over my head!! But, since I couldn't get on the internet with the laptop, I decided to go to the desktop, what a joke that is. Yes, I am on the web but, something is showing up on my computer............. check out the pics shown below. How did this device get on my computer and how can I find out who did this? We DIDN'T DO THIS!!! (I don't think we did, anyway!!) This happened a few yrs ago. Somone had put some stuff on our desktop

When we have people to call Helping Hands and ask if we take clothing donations, we ask them to donate to one of the stores, that we are partnered with. We refer clients The Thrift Store, The Been and Classy Thrift. We really do appreciate you being able to accept clothing vouchers for those in our community, that are less fortunate and we are seeing sooo many people now-a-days. Last week on Tuesday, we had a record number of people in one day, 43 people. There were about 6 or 7 new people, just on that day alone. It's been averaging about 25-30 new people a month. Ummmm, the whole OBAMACARE crap is SCREWED UP. How many people are being put on part time hours because their employers can't afford to get Insurance for their employees? How many Dr's will stop taking patients with Medicare and/or Medicaid, because they don't get paid enough from the government? It's already hard enough to find a Dr that will take Peachcare/Wellcare for all of these children that on that Insurance.
