THANKS EVERYONE, I just LOVE the Navy Cake, she made this especially for a Friend's Husband who is in the Navy. He took it to the Base and shared it with his fellow Navy Friends. This was her first time making a "Shoe" cake. It looked very elegant. Her Best Friend wanted this Black & Purple cake for her 40th Birthday. The Piggy Cake and the "9" cake were special request, by the kids.

Don't mean to hijack but what about old laser printers, I mean a huge one, it's a table top kind.

Here's a few of the latest cakes. I am more impressed with each cake she does!!! I don't know why the Shoe cake is turning sideways. I added it twice and still the same!!! Arrrggghhhh. Can anyone fix this for me?? tia

Last time we were over that way, the Construction Co. Was using the building for their office. My guess is when all construction is finished by that company, then it will be the new Ga State Patrol Office anf/or DDS Office. jmho&2cw. But, what the heck do I know??? rofl

I got it the first time when I was 51.

I have had it 4 times, in the last 5 yrs, the first time was just little blisters that was very itchy. After the skin broke and they started drying up and I kept the ointment on it, they went away. The second time was worse but, they weren't painful at all. Then, last September the breakout was horrible. NOT like what we see on TV, though. It was very very painful, this time. Each time I had to wear big (10" x 4") bandages to cover the blisters. What made it worse, I am allergic to the tape. ALL TAPE, actually!! Then in July, I had it again, this time on the front side. There a house for rent at the corner of Sweetwater Church Rd and Bakers Bridge. It's really Dorris Rd at the intersection. A couple hundred yards North it becomes Bakers Bridge. It has a horse, too.

Sweetwater Church Rd, it was about the 2nd or 3rd house on the left. I don't remember the street name but, it was the West entrance to the Faraday Woods s/d. I drove by about 10, maybe and there were about 8 to 10 Police cars and Sheriff's cars. Does anyone know what might have been going on?

The Soc Sec Office moved from Carrollton to Villa Rica, either in late 2013 or early 2014, if I'm not mistaken. At the corner of So. Carroll and Hwy 61.

I guess it has been a long time since I've been up that way because, I thought Wendy's had closed a long time ago. That place wasn't very clean, the last time that I was in there. Which was about a year or so ago.

When my daughter lived in our rental house ( in Hiram) about 2003 to 2006 every 3 to 4 months the water bill would be about $50 to $60 and the rest of the time, it would be about $20 to $25 . The water dept couldn't explain this. I just figured that they didn't read the meter every month, since the driveway was a slight risk to navigate. But, we just counted on it being normal for the most part.

Are you taking alternative thyroid meds?? If so, what dr do you see? My daugher and I are taking levothyroxine and are wondering "IF" it could be related to other issues, that we both are experiencing. Maybe some gluten issues, Hashimotos disease hasn't been ruled out. We just need to find a dr who will prescribe natural alternative medicines.

I suffered, in extreme pain for 3.5 months. I couldn't stand up for more than 15 minutes at a time. I got so sick when I was cooking, the smell nauseated me!! I have NEVER been able to sleep on my stomach but, it eased the pain, so I did. After surgery, went right back to sleeping on my back and sides. The Drs couldn't figure out why I was hurting so bad. They just blamed it on smoking and pulled a muscle from coughing too hard. I had to make them do a chest X-ray on the 3rd ER visit, found nothing. I saw my PCP today, he did quite a few blood tests and a urine test. A1C and Cholesterol is all I could remember but, he wants me to make appts with my Neurologist (for my headaches and dizzy spells) Sleep Doctor (for my sleep disorder) Gastrointerologist (for a Colonoscopy), have a Mammogram and to see my Dermotologist because I have SHINGLES AGAIN!!! This makes the 4th time. Except it's almost a year and a half too early. The last 3 times that I've had the Shingles was Sept 2010, Sept 2012 and Sept 2014 and here it is July 2015. We were headed to Hiram (from New Ga) and had to turn around at the Family Dollar Shopping Strip. We saw police, fire truck and a wrecker. Traffic wasn't getting thru. Anyone going this way may want ty o wait judt a little while. Prayers for whomever was in th he accidrnt.

We have some rambunctious neighbors and they play loud music during the summer nights, mostly on weekends. But, if the regular noise ordinance starts at 10 pm, then the fire works should be included in that time frame as well! People do have to work and go to school.
