Channel 5 news said the man was in this position for 1 yr and then turned around and said that he's only been there since July. Also said that he had been with the School Board for 10 yrs, it sounded like they were meaning he was an Assistant Principle for a decade. How can a 32 yr old be an Assistant Principle for a decade????? I'm thinking Huh??? I questioned hubby abouit this.

wfal, that's ok............... I have issues with candle (and perfume) scents and smells. They get my allergies all in an uproar so, I can't have just "any" kind. I bought it years ago. But, it's a no name brand. I think I have seen some similar at Walgreens or CVS. If I see any while out shopping, I'll let you know.

I have a candle that is scented "Fireside Glow" and it smells just as if your fireplace is burning.

I hate that we will not be able to enjoy all of the food and fun. Maybe if this is a great success and Pcom holds it again next year, or maybe have one in the Spring............. maybe we can make it. LPPT, take plenty of pictures and post them. I'll be checking pcom off and on all day.

My grandson got a LeapFrog Leapster2 game last year for his birthday. It really has never worked right and was just wondering IF it would do any good to call the manufacturer?

My neighbor is buying a used (private sale) fridge and I was just curious as to "IF", it's ok to lay it down or not. I've always heard that was BIG NO NO. Whats the reason or rules and why?? Will check back in a little while. tia

Has the rates on the "water" gone up???

Here, at our house, our bill was $21 and some change. It's usually around $17 or $18. I looked at the bill a little closer and it had 4 extra days of billing on it. So, IF it would of had 30 days of billing, it would have been more accurate. At our rental house, when my daughter and her family were living there, the water bill would fluctuate every now and then, between 2002 and 2006 it would be about $30-$40 every month but, about every 6 months it would go up to $65-$75, for NO apparent reason.

Any prescription medicine, can NOT be shared, given away or sold, for obvious reasons. This is why they are prescribed, for the individual person. All you can do is chunk them or if they are safe to dispose of down the drain, that is better.
